Client Stories

Our work with DZ Advisory brought together team development workshops, CliftonStrengths psychometric assessments and individual one-to-one coaching, creating opportunities for employees to develop both individually and collectively.

The engagement began with some of the practical challenges the team was experiencing in its day-to-day work. With people from different backgrounds and cultures working together, communication was an important area of focus. Through interactive workshops, we explored Communication & Effective Dispute Resolution alongside Time Management, helping participants consider how they communicate, respond to differences and manage the competing demands of their roles.

For Maria Debono, Head of Finance, having the space to explore those challenges openly was an important part of the experience:

“We felt that we were understood, we were not judged from what we were saying, and it felt at home.”

The development journey then became more personal. Team members completed the CliftonStrengths assessment, providing each participant with a deeper understanding of the natural talents they bring to their work. Individual coaching sessions with members of the Endeavour team created the space to explore those results further — not only recognising strengths, but also understanding the potential blind spots that can accompany them.

Maria describes how those conversations moved beyond simply understanding an assessment result:

“We focused mainly on our blind spots — how we can tackle them, how we can communicate with other people, and how to apply them in real life and at work.”

That connection to everyday work was equally important for Cheryl Grech, Head of Legal. For her, the value was in understanding how individual strengths could translate into something practical:

“We looked at how whatever we learned through these sessions could be used in practice more effectively during the day-to-day work.”

By combining shared learning with individual reflection, the programme allowed the team to look at workplace challenges from two directions: developing practical approaches to communication, conflict and time management together, while also building a greater understanding of how each individual naturally thinks, behaves and contributes.

The result was not simply a series of workshops or an assessment exercise, but an opportunity to connect self-awareness with everyday behaviour — helping people understand what they bring to the team and how they can use that understanding to work more effectively with others.

Turning individual strengths into practical ways of communicating, collaborating and navigating everyday workplace challenges.

“We felt that we were understood; we were not judged for what we were saying, and it felt like home.”
